Assessment and Treatment (Optional)

Book a 90 Minute Assessment and Treatment (New Patient Special) locally in clinic or anywhere in the world via Telehealth to pinpoint and correct the underlying causes of your physical discomfort. Lasting pain relief is then initiated through the treatment, which corrects your unique musculoskeletal misalignments revealed through your Assessment.

Purchase Your Class/es

After your Assessment and Treatment, you choose the Myofascial Class/es relevant to your areas of concern in the cart. Please check location, dates and times to ensure you will be available for the 3 weeks that the classes run. You will have an option to purchase the Online Myofascial Class Exercises also, so you can practise the exercises at any time and be prepared for each class. (Highly Recommended)

Instructions and Log In

After purchase, a set of Instructions for your Class/es will be emailed to you, including Log In Details for your Online Class Exercises, if you have added this. Performing and Assessment and Treatment beforehand will ensure you are also sent a specialised set of individualised exercise videos and personalised instructions for your class/es. These personalised details will show you how to bio-hack your Class/es to achieve maximal results in the quickest amount of time. (Highly Recommended)

Ongoing Support and Progress

If you are unavailable during our limited class times, contact us and we will endeavour to build our timetable relevant to your needs. In the meantime, start one of our targeted pain relief programs. (Highly Recommended)

If you have completed an Assessment beforehand- your results can be measured, not just felt.
