Muscle Synergy System

Initially a 90 Minute Assessment and Treatment is prescribed to pinpoint and correct the underlying causes of your physical discomfort and your unique musculoskeletal misalignments.
After this, a personally tailored treatment program, including Myotherapy (where neccessary) is designed specific to the musculoskeletal conditions that need correcting and level of support required.

Muscle Synergy System

The result of Muscle Synergy can be achieved, no matter your location. All it takes is 10 minutes of exercise a day and we support you continually, charting your progress and improvement and monitoring you for any corrections required. Once there is pain improvement and your body starts to change and align correctly, you progress.
To assist in your success and complete understanding, you are provided with supporting video and 3D animated instructions, so you can observe the exercises at any time to confirm you are doing them correctly.
The results of Muscle Synergy are daily, as changing alignment and removing old patterns and limitations are gradual. This safe approach encourages the body to heal and provides lasting relief, that is real and tangible.

In Person

If you live in Southeast Queensland, we perform our assessments and treatments in our studio in Burpengary. If you are unable to attend or live elsewhere, we offer telehealth consultations.

Telehealth

For the virtual telehealth assessments and consultations, you are first required to provide specific postural photos. Now you can see us and achieve Muscle Synergy no matter where you live.
