HOW LONG DOES THE PROGRAM GO FOR?

The first stage of the program is self paced & will go for approximately 14 weeks. When the exercises can be done easily you are ready to progress to the next stage. The time taken to complete each stage is dependant upon your pain & musculo-skeletal problems. There are 4 stages in the entire program.

CAN ANYONE DO THE EXERCISES?

Any age or fitness level can do the program because it only takes 10 minutes a day. If a person has had serious joint surgery & trauma- complications may exist in which you will need additional specialised treatment in our studio or with recommended medical/allied health professional in combination to the program.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

In the entire program you will only use foam rollers, a fitball & dumbells. The first two stages however only use portable foam rollers- which are easily transported on planes etc. So long as you have a wall and a floor you have no excuses to not do your exercises- even on holidays!

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT? CAN I DO THE EXERCISES TOO MUCH?

Pain relief should be felt instantly & improve the more you do the program, especially during the first 8 weeks. You can do the exercises too much- so never do it for more than 60 minutes a day. When the body is corrected, you don’t need to do the exercises anymore or you may cause additional problems. When you can do the exercises with ease or without feeling muscle tightness or restriction, progress to the next stage and don’t continue with the same exercises.
